NACO is due to be presented with a detailed business case providing the full rationale regarding these proposals and we are seeking your feedback so that we can properly represent the views of membership during the upcoming consultation period.
We understand that colleague briefings commenced today at 3pm but due to the speed of the consultation process and previous commitments for the NACO officials we were unable to provide representatives at the locations.
From experience NACO is aware that the significance of the proposals can take a number of days to register with individuals and the questions and concerns arise in the days that follow. NACO would like to reinforce our commitment to support members throughout this troubling period and we will ensure that all members receive support at any individual consultation meetings that follow.
If you require individual representation or wish to discuss the proposals and how they impact you please contact the NACO National Office . We will be happy to provide telephone advice and guidance as well as arrange for face to face professional and expert support via the NACO officials.
