The NACO Team

The day-to-day running of NACO is performed by full-time staff and officials at the National Office in Hyde, Greater Manchester. Full-time officials provide representation nationwide.

Neil, as General Secretary, has day to day responsibility for the running of NACO. Neil leads the negotiations in all aspects for the Co-operative Group and the National Officials and Departmental Managers Agreement (NODMA).

Bob Lister - Assistant Secretary

Bob is responsible for individual representations and collective bargaining within independent Co-operative Societies. Bob assists in membership recruitment and running the Constituent Associations within NACO.

Lynne Higginbottom - Finance & Administration Officer

Lynne has the main responsibility of maintaining the financial accounts within NACO. Lynne is also the office manager running the day to day workload of the staff in Registered Office.
