Since spring 2011 NACO have been in consultation with the Co-operative Group and Co-operative Financial Services (now Co-operative Banking Group) regarding Project Unity.
Project Unity aims to unite the corporate centres of both businesses, the result of which will be a significant restructuring of departments.
Project Unity Update - 13th September
NACO held 2 open meetings on the 13th of September for all employees of the Co-operative Group and Co-operative Banking Group.
We invited Wayne Lee, Director of Employee Relations and Reward, & Cheryl Marshall, Programme Director, Unity - to discuss the impact of Project Unity. We also scheduled time for the business to answers any questions you may have regarding the project.
